Shipping Information

SHIPPING METHODS

Most in-stock items ship within 2 business days from receipt of order. For 2-day delivery orders, we will ship by the next business day. If an item is out of stock, or if the shipment will be delayed by more than 5 business days, we will notify you.

There are three shipment options available, USPS Parcel Post, UPS Ground and 2-Day Delivery.

          · Orders shipped via USPS Parcel Post should arrive within 2-10 business days
               from the date that they ship, depending on the delivery area.
            · Orders shipped via UPS Ground will arrive within 1-5 business days from the date
               that they ship.
            · For 2-day shipping, we may use UPS 2nd Day Air, Federal Express 2nd Day
              Delivery or USPS 2-Day Priority Mail.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with the tracking number for your order. Please be sure to include a valid e-mail address when ordering, as this is the e-mail address we will use to send the confirmation. You can also track your order at www.safe-tots.com by clicking on the carrier logo.

NOTES: · UPS 2nd Day Air or FedEx 2-Day service not available in Alaska and Hawaii.
· 2-Day Service not available on most oversized items. If 2-day service is needed,
please call us and we'd be glad to give you a special price quote.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Our shipping charges are determined by the total weight of your order and the shipping location

*For UPS Ground Service, add $5.00 to total shipping charges.
**For 2-Day Service, add $30.00 to total shipping charges.

· Oversized items are subject to additional shipping charges. Oversized items are indicated as such and any additional charges are automatically added to shipping charges.

· Shipping charges based on deliveries within the continental U.S. For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, please add $15.00 to total shipping charges. For shipments to any non-US addresses, please contact us and we will calculate shipping charges.

· All orders shipped to a Massachusetts address are subject to 5% state sales tax.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Safe-tots.com does offer international shipping. To inquire about shipping outside of the U.S., please contact us for a shipping quote.
