Returns & Exchanges

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Your satisfaction is important to us. We will gladly accept undamaged, restockable items returned within 30 days of receipt for exchange or full refund, less shipping charges. Before returning any product, simply e-mail us at sales@safe-tots.com or call us for a Return Authorization Number. This number should be written on the package that the product is being returned in. Be sure to include a copy of the original invoice with the returned products.

In some instances, returns after 30 days of receipt may be accepted, but are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Be sure to contact us before returning any item outside of the 30 day return period.

Also be sure to package the product carefully in it's original packaging and protect it for shipment by packing it inside another box. We cannot issue refunds for items damaged due to poor packaging.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Any return charges for refused deliveries will be deducted from the refunded amount. In the case of defective products, shipping charges will be refunded once the product has been inspected and verified as defective. If you receive items that have been damaged during shipment, make sure to save the original packaging as UPS and other carriers may want to inspect this.

We will issue a full refund or exchange of the purchase price upon receipt of the returned product provided it is received in good condition. Please allow 7-10 business days from receipt for processing.
